I've been training women, men and teenagers in Montgomery County since 1997. My clients have included pre- and post-natal moms, seniors, local and national beauty pageant contestants, and those just wanting to improve their health and fitness. I offer training in my home studio in Brookeville, close to Olney, Rockville, Silver Spring, and Gaithersburg. Training in your home can also be arranged for an additional fee.
